Hard skills
- Até 15 anos de experiência profissional no desenho de processos em conformidade com as normas, políticas e requisitos dos clientes, assim como assegurar a identificação de melhorias no projeto
- É expectável que o consultor tenha conhecimento e domínio sobre BPM e boas práticas para as implementações, conhecimento de modelagem de processos, criação de indicadores de desempenho de processos, conhecimento de arquitetura organizacional orientada em processos, entre outros.
