We are a European management consulting and software company with offices in Zurich, Nuremberg and Porto. For our internationally renowned clients, we are a strategic partner for the digital transformation. As management consultants and digital architects, we enable our customers to use data and technology in order to increase efficiency, agility and value. We are focused on the banking, insurance, as well as government and automotive industries.

For our Porto location, we are looking for a proactive and creative team player who will support us in driving forward the future of Information Factory.

THE POSITION
- Management Assistant: Support our leadership with organisational tasks, (market) research, documentation, and more.
- Marketing Assistant: Join us in developing marketing and communication strategies and assume responsibility for maintaining our social media platforms.
- So much more: Take on additional diverse and challenging assignments, like preparing corporate identity layouts, supporting our project managers, or organizing corporate centre tasks.

**Requirements**:
YOUR EXPERIENCES AND STRENGTHS
- Successfully completed university studies and first professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Power Point, Excel.
- Quality and detail-oriented personality with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- People and service oriented and a positive mentality.
- Very good English skills, knowledge of Portuguese and German skills an advantage.
