Our Equipment, Trading & Distribution (ETD) Business Line is looking for an HSE Coordinator, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Support and ensure the development and the implementation of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policies, Procedures and documentary organization defined by Voltalia Group;
- Ensure the local HSE legal compliance;
- Monitoring the rules and other national and international applicable normative documents and adopt the applicable legislation and regulation to the business;
- Participate on the Risk Assessment analysis for all the BL activities, development of HSE Plans, Preventive Instructions, Method Statements, Standard Operational Standards, Checklists and other specific local HSE documentation;
- Development and implementation of the Emergency Plans;
- Provide training and guidance to employees and subcontractors of Voltalia in the HSE matters, including Emergency Plans and Response, New colleagues Onboarding, the proper use of personal protective equipment, the handling of hazardous materials, Procedures, Inductions, Toolbox Tools, Emergency Drills and Awareness actions, including contributing to the development of HSE training materials;
- Conducting HSE monitoring of the site, with periodic visits to the workplaces; safety inspections and audits for HSE matters;
- Monitor and Report HSE KPI´s to BL and HSE support function;
- Report immediately any accident and incident, including collecting and analyzing data, developing further required investigations (if needed), accordingly with the internal procedures and best practices in place;
- Voltalia representation towards official agencies in case of accident (environmental or safety);
- Preparation and Participation on the external Audits promoted by Voltalia or any other external stakeholder;
- Leading the operational HSE local Technicians and Logistic representatives, whether they are from Voltalia or Subcontracted;
- Participation with the Legal, Compliance and BL representatives in the drafting of contracts with external stakeholders;
- Search for continuous improvement through audits and monitoring of internal processes;
- Work with the HSE Team to develop and implement HSE improvement plans and initiatives, ensuring ETD enjoys the uniformity of the Group HSE standards;
- Act as a resource for ETD employees on HSE matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Technical level Graduation (Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, or related areas is a plus);
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions;
- Experience with HSE management and Services team related to warehouse (Logistic);
- Training in Health and Safety at Work and/ or Environment;
- Training in Audits;
- First Aid training;
- Pedagogical competence training;
- Excellent knowledge of the law, regulations and norms of Health and Safety Work;
- English proficiency (Portuguese or French is a plus).
