**Job Description**:

- Provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA).
- Manage support queue for Atlassian Products, addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions.
- Use problem-solving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives.
- Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes.
- Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions.
- Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product add-ons/plugins to meet team and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and tool support, taking initiative to implement solutions.
- Contribute to product documentation by creating knowledge-based articles.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- CAPM or PMP Certification
- Working knowledge of MS Project 2000 or higher and Visio
- 2 or more Years Prior Project Management experience
- 3 or more Years general management experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment
- 2 or more Years of budgetary responsibilities
- Ability to present ideas comfortably to all levels of personnel, internal and external
- Prior Project Methodology experience
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Normal office environment
- Some exposure to factory and warehouse environments, depending upon Project(s)
- Travel up to 25% of time, some international travel is possible
- English mandatory
