I nterim Project Manager & Analyst

**Purpose of the job**:
Interim position is to work with the Procurement Excellence Team to Project Manage a major cross Divisional Project for Klockner Pentaplast and help develop the analytical process and structure of the Procurement Function

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Lead a major business improvement project utilizing multi-functional teams in support of procurement development activities

Identify areas where (kp / external best procurement practices / processes) can be implemented

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Spend diagnostic / analysis**: Working with colleagues to develop our spend analytics tool

**Educational requirements/qualifications and experience**:
Minimum 5 - year experience in Procurement/Supply Chain

Consulting experience in Procurement an advantage

Experience of working in a matrix multi-site international environment is a definite plus

Project Management tool(s)

**Key competencies**:
Strong Project Management Skills & analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communications skills in English as a minimum

German would also be advantageous

Strong relationship management skills.

Ability to define problems, draw valid conclusions and solve problems

Experience with business process documentation creation and systems development

Excellent proven use of Microsoft tools especially Excel
