**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and industry best practices to drive the continuous improvement of our products.
- Employ data-driven insights and conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization, making recommendations for feature enhancements, new games, and promotional initiatives.
- Define and maintain a product roadmap that effectively balances short-term deliverables and long-term vision, keeping the team focused on key milestones and strategic objectives.
- Translate the product vision into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team has a comprehensive understanding of the desired outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, communicating project status, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on product performance and key metrics.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements, continually seeking ways to improve the user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and proactively recommending strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that maximize user engagement and drive conversion rates.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in software development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) are preferred.
- Familiarity with IGaming, regulatory framework of the industry, and responsible gaming principles is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
