Once upon a time, a love story was born when a girl called a support line and found a boy with an angel's voice that was able to transport her to a quiet, secure place.
The boy was only doing his job in the service of a call-translator. He has been prepared for all sorts of possible calls, from law enforcement to health care. But that particular calling was special to him too.
The connection they both felt is what our client wants you to have with everyone who connects to your line. That your interpretation is rigorous, that includes all the precise details and that you are prepared for challenging calls all the time.
Are you bilingual in Ukrainian and English? The schedule is rotating from 8 am to 10 pm, from Monday to Friday.
