**About Us**

As a member of the Code For All team, you will integrate the BizOps & Strategy team as Project Manager and have the opportunity to work with talented individuals. The role requires working collaboratively with other teams, organization and high attention to detail.

**Skills and Experience**
- +2 years of project management experience, preferably within a consulting context, in a project management office (PMO) with implementation experience
- Driven by a passion for creating meaningful impact; thrives on collaborating with people to achieve tangible results
- Excellent communication and written skills, fostering effective team communication and documentation
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Innovative thinker with a self-starting attitude, highly motivated, and able to learn swiftly within a fast-paced setup

**What You'll Do**
- Assume the pivotal role of being the primary point of contact for all project-related consultations, ensuring seamless communication and clarity during all phases of implementation
- Take full ownership of project planning, organization, control, and reporting, overseeing the entirety of project activities, progress, and hurdles
- Anticipate potential delays proactively and take swift action to communicate and implement necessary adjustments within the team, while displaying strong problem-solving skills
- Foster an environment of open and effective communication, providing regular updates and actively seeking feedback from project stakeholders
