As a Project Manager at Namecheap, you'll guide a team through innovative projects, managing documentation and resources. You'll also coordinate the development and maintenance of our team management processes, driving efficiency and success. We are on a mission to perfect online interactions. From working on GDPR initiatives to crafting a seamless content management experience with captivating UI webpages, we're at the forefront of innovation.
**Location**: 100% remote or hybrid.
**Interview Process**: Streamlined over two weeks in two stages - a 45-minute chat with HR, followed by a 1-hour session on Values & Technical skills.
**Tech Stack**: We use Kanban for our workflow methodology.
**Reporting to**: Julia Korytko, Deputy Director of Engineering.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
As a project manager, you'll use Kanban to support managing a team of QA engineers and frontend/backend developers. You'll define and optimize workflows, produce documentation, and manage resources to meet timelines. Lead meetings, track progress, identify risks, ensure quality, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
**What will you bring?**
- Experience in managing technical projects, specifically in Agile project management within software development settings, for more than two years.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, helping teams work more efficiently and flexibly.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both people who understand technology and those who do not, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Proven managerial skills, showing the ability to encourage and guide teams to achieve great results and meet project targets.
- Comfortable with technology, able to discuss and understand technical solutions, making it easier to work on technical projects.
