**Responsibilities**
- Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
- Support in launching invoices in ERP and follow-up of receptions;
- Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact;
- Support the management of cash advances;
- Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers;
- Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory;
- Archive invoices;

**Qualifications**
- High school or professional course related,
- Ability to communicate in English, Knowledge of French is a Plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Complex Numerical and Bureaucratic Aptitude;
- teamwork and time management skills.
