Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, exercé à distance ou depuis nos formidables bureaux de Paris, Dubaï ou Barcelone.

Mais...il est difficile d'y arriver sans trouver ce qui t’inspire vraiment et sans acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour y parvenir : productivité, leadership, prise de parole en public, coaching, gestion du stress...

C'est pourquoi nous concevons des formations et des contenus pour transmettre un **ensemble d'outils et de stratégies centrés sur les soft-skills, le développement personnel et la performance.**

**Paradox n’a qu’un but **:_aider les personnes et organisations à vivre leur vraie ambition_**

Le défi est que certaines personnes vivent le fait de se former comme ennuyeux, trop difficile, ou au contraire : comme un truc de looser

Oui, nous avons tous connu ce professeur ennuyeux ou sommes tombés sur cette vidéo avec des théories perchées.

Il faut que ça change

Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d’ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d’entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d’artistes ( Gad Elmaleh) et d’athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

**Aujourd’hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d’organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.

Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l’ambition internationale.

Et c’est là que tu rentres en scène.

**TA MISSION**:

- **Ta mission principale faire en sorte que nos contenus écrits (articles, tribunes, vidéos, formations, livres, contenus réseaux sociaux) génèrent du “Woww” et que cela se traduise par une augmentation visible des retours positifs, partages et commentaires**

Tu es en charge de tout le contenu écrit autour de la psychologie, des neurosciences, du leadership.
- N.B : Pour rendre le texte efficace et facile à lire, certains adjectifs/noms sont écrits au masculin, mais soyons clairs, tous se conjuguent _**_parfaitement au féminin_**_ _

**1. Gérer de A à Z le calendrier éditorial et la création de nos contenus écrits (ebooks, livres, articles, workbooks, newsletters, communiqués de presse, chroniques magazine)**:

- Mise en place d’une stratégie et du calendrier éditorial pour l’ensemble des sites internets et réseaux sociaux
- Relire les articles, posts et s’assurer de la cohérence avec notre identité, notre ton (plutôt conversationnel, direct - chez nous on parle d’un ton badass)

**2. Créer des contenus captivants et pédagogiques et Vulgariser un contenu “expert” sur les thématiques (leadership, psychologie, neurosciences, performance)**:

- Superviser la recherche d’études scientifiques et d’histoires fascinantes avec l’équipe de chercheurs
- Piloter le suivi de production des formats longs

**3. Suivi des KPIs (Google Analytics, KPI’s) et être dans l’optimisation constante du SEO, accroches, choix de sujets**:

- Optimisation SEO des contenus et suivi de l’évolution des normes SEO
- Recherche permanente et rédaction des meilleurs sujets et des meilleurs angles

**4. Recruter et constituer une équipe de A-Players, de stars dans leurs spécialités**:

- Sourcer des talents : rédacteurs (Rédacteurs vidéos, linkedin, articles )
- Mais aussi des auteurs, hosts, journalistes, influenceurs
- Systématiser la Paradox Academy (formation interne des équipes) pour faire monter en compétence ton équipe sur le storytelling, la rédaction et la pédagogie

**5. Rédiger des vidéos captivantes sur des sujets de fond pour Youtube (documentées, storytellées) de sorte de faire au minimum 100k par vidéo sur youtube**:

- Être force de proposition de sujets, choisir le bon format (print, web, script vidé
