Quality Management Analyst

As a Quality Management Analyst, you will help Critical Software follow strict quality management international standards and meet our customer quality expectations. You will promote cooperation among departments to share quality management practices and encourage continuous improvement. Your skills in auditing, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement will support Critical Software in keeping high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?
- Maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System, complying with ISO9001 and other relevant quality management system standards. Ensure our Quality Management System is effectively integrated into the organization's operations.
- Plan and support the execution of internal and external audits of our Quality Management System. Review audit findings and support the definition and implementation of audit remediation plans.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and monitor progress towards achieving improvement objectives.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on our Quality Management System.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations. Provide support and guidance to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations regarding quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures and well as regular quality reporting and dashboards.
- Experience designing, implementing and/or auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO9001 and other international quality management standards.
- Knowledge of Software and System Development processes, Software Quality Assurance and Project Management processes.
- Experience in IT and Software Engineering industry.
- Good communication, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player and easy-going personality.
- Autonomy and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized approach to work.
