Improve International fue fundada en 1998 por un grupo de veterinarios del Reino Unido. Ofrecemos formación continuada para profesionales veterinarios con el fin de ayudar a desarrollar las habilidades y el conocimiento necesario en la práctica veterinaria.
Nuestros programas utilizan una combinación entre clases presenciales y online, material didáctico, discusiones basadas en casos y, cuando es aplicable, sesiones prácticas con participación activa. Dentro de Improve, también tenemos "The International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS)", dedicada a proporcionar a veterinarios, enfermeros y técnicos cualificaciones de alta calidad, alcanzables y reconocidas internacionalmente. Somos una organización internacional con oficinas en el Reino Unido, España y Portugal.
Como líder mundial en educación de posgrado en veterinaria, buscamos “CPD sales advisor ”para ayudarnos en la próxima etapa de nuestro viaje. Representarás y promoverás positivamente el portafolio de programas de formación de Improve International mientras mantienes y desarrollas relaciones con clientes existentes para aumentar la venta. También contactarás a nuevos y potenciales clientes para incrementar los ingresos y fomentar nuevas oportunidades de negocio colaborativo.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:
- Seguimiento proactivo y oportuno de las ventas.
- Registrar todas las consultas de ventas de manera efectiva y asegurarse de que se monitoreen adecuadamente en el sistema CRM.
- Construir, fomentar y desarrollar relaciones laborales positivas con clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y cerrar oportunidades de ventas.
- Alcanzar y superar los objetivos y metas de ventas.
- Promover la gama de programas y productos de Improve International
- Informar sobre ventas y progresos a tu supervisor, y cuando sea apropiado, al resto del equipo.
- Coordinarte y reunirte regularmente con tu supervisor para cumplir con el presupuesto y los objetivos de ventas para cada programa.
- Este rol también requerirá una coordinación regular y trabajo con operaciones y marketing para asegurar que se proporcione la información correcta a todos los clientes y para sincronizar los planes de marketing y ventas de productos para asegurar la preparación en el campo y el éxito de las llamadas de ventas.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de gestión para mantener la posición, el compromiso y los valores culturales de la organización.
- Dar apoyo, cuando sea necesario, en cualquier conferencia, feria comercial o evento, tanto nacional como internacional y con ventas los fines de semana.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência:
- Experiência comprobada trabajando con éxito en atención al cliente o en un entorno de ventas.
- Experiência comprobada vendiendo, alcanzando objetivos de ventas o similares.
- Fuerte enfoque en el cliente y en ofrecer una gran experiência.
- Conocimiento de los principios y métodos básicos para promover y vender productos o servicios.
- Experiência o interés en la educación y la industria veterinaria.

- Confiable, con la actitud correcta y disposición para aprender.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
- Nativo o fluido en español (escrito y hablado). Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés. Cualquier otro idioma es deseable.
- Buenas habilidades de puntualidad y capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados y atención al detalle.
- Energético y comprometido con el negocio para alcanzar el éxito.
- Pasión por cumplir con las promesas de atención al cliente.
- Jugador de equipo con una actitud de "work hard, play hard” y mentalidad ganadora.
