As a Pricing Specialist you will play a vital role in the Offering process.

The Pricing Specialist is responsible for commercial and pricing model implementation and interacts with Customer Facing Commercial Managers, Sales, Presales, Legal and Compliance and Offer Control for bid approval. It is also part of their responsibility providing insights on the commercial implications of various Pricing/Commercial models/alternatives and the Commercial terms and conditions.

As a Pricing Specialist, you will drive commercial strategies, considering the customers' context and the competitors' insights, to contribute to the business profitability.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Be knowledgeable on the commercial and technological developments in the industry.
- Share knowledge and valuable insights on developing future business and commercial models.
- Advice on appropriate commercial strategies to the market teams based on global benchmarking, lifetime product value, customer, market and competition.
- Manage the L2D process (License to Deal approval process) commitments for any request deviating from the approved products and services portfolio, approved roadmaps and releases to support policy, terms and conditions.
- Collaborate closely and support Customer Facing Commercial Managers to enable offer submission in line with L2D.
- Contribute to key technical, commercial, and contractual topics.
- Monitor the key commercial KPIs of a deal throughout its lifecycle.
- Propose mitigation for value leakage and up-sell deviation observed between deal approval and contract in force.
- Drive actions to improve margins and minimize price erosion.
- Support the design and implementation of new analytics processes and automation.

**Your skills and experience**

**You have**:

- University degree, preferably in Engineering
- Broad technical understanding of telecom product and services portfolio as well as of customer use cases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
- Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and ability to identify related risks.
- Advanced level of communication in English - oral and written (ability to summarize)
- Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to influence others and be assertive
- Positive Attitude, a collaborative and team player approach
- Willingness to always learn

**It would be nice if you also had**:

- Additional education/learning in Finance/ Negotiation strategies/contract management
- Knowledge of sales process and Nokia tools like NPT, sCRM, WTD
- 2+ years of experience in a bidding process in telecom or any other industry is a plus
- Understanding of Cloud and Network Services
- 2 years of work experience in SaaS environment is a plus
- 2 years of work experience in Telecom industry
