**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of current NATO UHF TACSAT and HF waveforms
- Advanced knowledge of NATO operating procedures relevant to current UHF TACSAT and HF operations
- Advanced knowledge of the AN/PRC-117F radio operation and maintenance, to include antennas and ancillaries
- Advanced knowledge of UHF TACSAT and HF communications to include Single Channel Per Carrier (SCPC), Demand Assign Multiple Access (DAMA) and Integrated Waveform (IW)
- Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials, instructional and learning aids

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

ü A0037 UHF TACSAT Basic Operator Certificate of Completion

ü A0038 UHF TACSAT Application & Data Base Manager Certificate of Completion

ü A0050 HF Operator Certificate of Completion

ü A0970 NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent Certificate of Completion

ü Knowledge and experience of working with the NCISS or NCI Academy

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Coordinate with the NCI Academy Tactical Radio SME; and
- Prepare, deliver and recover NCI Academy Tactical Radio training
