We are currently looking for a **Junior Accountant (M/F)** based in **Porto**

**BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC FINANCE TEAM**

Our main goal is to guarantee to our administration and shareholders that the information produced internally presents truly and fairly the reality of the company at every moment. The accounting responsibilities will contribute towards efficient and detailed accounting books maintenance, which will in turn allow for deep analysis of administration decisions.

**YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE FINANCE TEAM**
- Contribute to a correct preparation, qualitative and on time of the entity in Portugal according to the regulation of the group and the regulator having all the documental support in each closing.
- Ensure the booking in the accounting system of any current cost (namely invoices), by inserting in the system, to be possible to analyze any gap with budget and help to prepare all the necessary reports and justifications.
- Contribute towards the preparation of the fiscal declarations as request by the regulator (namely VAT, COPE, Corporate tax, Fiscal file, Transfer prices ).
- Prepare all the reports needed and clarify all questions according to your function with Head Office and clients, always with the supervision of your manager.
- Contribute towards the preparation of KPIs/ reports as requested, tools of follow up, and profitability analysis to help the general management on the course of the strategic plan.

**AS OUR NEW JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT, YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Degree in Accounting / Auditing
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department or similar position (preferable)
- Good knowledge of fiscal legislation
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluency in English - written and verbal communication. Fluency in French would be a plus
