**THE ROLE**
As Customer Service Coordinator at Care to Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers continue to love their experience with us. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work closely with our co-founders and be involved in high-level strategy meetings.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Mandatory requirements**:
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with proven team management capabilities.
- Demonstrable success in serving international markets and customers.
- Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English (C1 level).
- Strong empathy with a genuine love for assisting individuals.
- Highly tech-savvy with proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mind with a keen attention to detail.
