- Our eyewear is worn all over the world, recognized as an up and coming brand in the luxury eyewear space. Our frames have been featured in all major fashion publications and are consistently worn by the likes of Justin Bieber, The Kid Laroi, Gigi Hadid, and many more._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update our content calendar in Notion on a daily basis to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
- Marketing Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify, and update company spreadsheets accordingly.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all Tejesta social media accounts, including timely posting, responding to comments, and creating consistent stories.
- Shopify Revenue Growth: Analyze revenue trends, marketing trends, and inform management of developments to drive revenue growth on Shopify.
- Asset Management: Organize assets from photoshoots, communicate with videographers and photographers, and ensure timely organization and delivery of projects.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

**Nice to Haves**:

- Knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools
- Graphic design skills are a huge plus
