**The team you'll be part of**
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**What you will learn and contribute to**
Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

- Be a Technical Lead or Technical Manager for one specific customer or Technology.
- Be able to do E2E scopes, like driving a project from beginning to end (from Design, implementation, acceptance, ongoing optimization to maintenance contracts).
- Do high level competence optimization scopes as, but not limited to:

- Network Benchmarking Assurance (P3 Connect).
- FOA for new Nokia SW releases.
- Network KPI’s Ownership and optimization.
- New feature/solution introduction (in particular 5G NSA, 5G SA and ORAN).
- Participate and drive Nokia Radio Lab ongoing activities.
- Be part of a senior NPO team, with an average of 15-year experience in Radio NPO activities, where Competence Transference and team build are the foundations of the team.
- Be part of a growing team with great career opportunities.
- Have great autonomy to manage your time, work from home and develop yourself in the area that motivate you.

**Your skills and experience**
You have:

- Strong Radio experience (mainly Network Planning and Optimization).
- Strong Customer Experience doing Rollouts/Swaps or Optimization scopes.
- Ability to Analyze Product Logs (like traces, system logs, Wireshark, etc.), Drive tests (using XCAL or TEMS) or Network KPI’s (Netact) in an autonomous way. (At least one of them.)
- 5G Exposure.
- Nokia Portfolio Knowhow.
- “Can do” attitude to tackle new projects or new technologies.
- Right soft skills skillset to work in escalation situations and to drive customers in complex scenarios.
- English fluency (business level).
- Team player mindset with great motivation to learn and teach within the extended team organization.
- Availability to travel, from time to time, to meet customers and perform on-site support activities (minimum 25% commitment).

It would be nice if you also have:

- Additional Language Fluency (like Portuguese, French, German or Italian).
- Strong IP Planning skills
- Cloud Environment experience (NCIR, Azure, AWS or Kubernetes)
- Programming skills
