**Description**:
**PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of IT Digital Transformation Manager**

**Your mission**:

- Collaborate with business functions to identify and pursue opportunities to improve the performance of business processes. This involves defining objectives and strategies and aligning operational processes with objectives;
- Implement software solutions aligned with current and future business objectives and global IT projects;
- Define structures, standards, and controls for the design of business processes, respecting security requirements, compliance with regulations and corporate direction;
- Rationalize the IT software portfolio, aligning global IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities;
- Transform by investing in innovation and initiatives to achieve business efficiency;
- Lead IT demands, including the design of new IT systems and services;
- Analyze business requirements and act in alignment with business needs, taking into account the actual and future portfolio of global IT projects;
- Coordinate technical aspects of IT demands;
- Be the data protection coordinator in Portugal.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role or similar;
- Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar studies;
- Customer-oriented, proactive with stress management skills, able to interact and deal with all different types of areas/stakeholders;
- Proven work experience as a hands-on IT project manager or IT business enabler;
- Ability to deal with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects across various technologies with a strong ability to prioritize;
- Knowledge of the Power BI tool;
- Proven work in data analysis and transformation knowledge of programming is an advantage mainly focusing on: - Azure Technologies - Pyton - Pyspark - SQL Server -.net - Java.
