**Du lernst und schreibst gerne über anspruchsvolle Themen wie Management, Cybersecurity, Immobilien und IT? Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Storytelling und dir fällt es leicht, komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren?**

SAWOO, ein junges, 20-köpfiges Unternehmen, hat sich darauf spezialisiert, für Unternehmensberatungen aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen Communitymanagement zu betreiben. Hierfür werden auf verschiedene Maßnahmen gesetzt, wie beispeilsweise die Produktion von Podcasts.

Als Content Writer arbeitest du eng mit den Kunden von Sawoo zusammen und entwickelst auf Grundlage der produzierten Podcasts weitere Marketingmaterialien. Hierbei handelt es sich um Blogbeiträge, Social-Media-Posts und E-Mail-Kampagnen, die du textest.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Designteam, Customer Success Management sowie Marketing und Vertrieb stellst du sicher, dass Texte mit der Gesamtmarkenstrategie und den Zielen der Kunden von Sawoo übereinstimmen.

**Das kommt auf dich zu**:

- Du identifizierst und verfasst ansprechende Social-Media-Beiträge, indem du Erkenntnisse aus Podcast-Interviews nutzt
- Du nutzt Best-Practice-Templates, um unterhaltsame und interessante Texte für die E-Mail-Newsletter unserer Kunden/Kundinnen zu verfassen
- Du steigerst die Anzahl an LinkedIn Follower:innen, Newsletter-Abonnements und Website-Besucher:innen mit hochwertigen Texten
- Du verfasst SEO-optimierte Fallstudien und Artikel, basierend auf Podcast-Interviews mit Fachexperten
- Du bewertest kontinuierlich interne Prozesse und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz unseres Serviceangebots Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kunden/Kundinnen zusammen, um den Tone-of-Voice und die Stilrichtlinien ihrer Community festzulege

**Der Job ist perfekt für dich, wenn du**:

- über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst, um Texte sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache zu verfassen
- bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Content-Writing oder Texten hast sammeln können
- ausgeprägte Recherchefähigkeiten hast, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte schnell zu erfassen
- schon mal mit Google Workspace oder Microsoft Office (insb. Excel) gearbeitet hast
- Chat GPT als deinen Freund und Helfer siehst und einzusetzen weißt
- Liebe zum Detail eine Selbstverständlichkeit für dich ist
- positiv und lösungsorientiert denkst mit einer "Can-do"-Einstellung
- Reisebereitschaft für Teamevents in Deutschland mitbringst (1-2 Wochen pro Halbjahr)

**Das kannst du erwarten**:

- **100% Remote**: Du bist Teil eines 20-köpfiges Team, bestehend aus aktuell 5 verschiedenen Nationen und Kulturen und kannst wählen, von welchem Standort auf der Welt du arbeiten möchtest - ganz egal ob Portugal, Griechenland, Südafrika - dir stehen alle Türen offen.
- **Flexible Working Time**:Grundsätzlich kannst Du Deine Arbeitszeiten völlig frei gestalten. Du musst lediglich für unsere wöchentlichen Jour fixe Meetings verfügbar sein (Vormittags & Mittags zu deutscher Zeit)
- **Überdurchschnittliches Gehalt**: Verdiene ab 2500 Euro/brutto im Monat
- Du wirst mit **jeglicher Ausrüstung ausgestattet**, die du zum arbeiten benötigst
- **Teamevents**: 1-2 Wochen pro Halbjahr triffst du das Team persönlich, um gemeinsam an Themen zu arbeiten, Flug und Unterkunft werden selbstverständlich vom Unternehmen organisiert und finanziert

Ein möglicher **Starttermin **für diese Position ist **in Absprache (Februar - Mai 2024).**
