We are looking for a **PT NPP Marketing Brand Manager** to join our **Purina Petcare** business. Your mission will be to develop and manage part of the Purina PetCare brands in the market, with close contact with the Purina European team & other international teams.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PT NPP MARKETING BRAND MANAGER**
- Responsible for the management and development of the brands in the market, with close contact with the Purina European team & other international teams;
- Responsible to ensure profitable performance of the brands;
- Build Brands to delight consumers and increase their consumer funnel scores;
- Relevantly contribute to the European Brand Plan of the brands, including innovation and communication pipeline for the rollout in all European markets as being their cluster representative (being part of the core team in-charge to build them at an European level);
- Leading role in the planification and implementation of Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) and Monthly Business Planning (MBP) processes, in the different stages, including Market and European articulation;
- Portfolio management of the brand, including product definition, pricing, promotions, activation plan and profitability;
- Responsible for budget management to ensure best return on investment, including TV, digital and influencers campaigns, as well as events, partnerships and consumer activations.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- University degree/ master’s degree in Management or similar
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in all of core Marketing competencies such as brand building, including innovation, media plans, definition and execution of integrated campaigns, by managing all the relevant touch points
- Proven experience in financial planning, budget and portfolio management will be also important
- Ability to work and lead cross functional projects as well as previous experience in working in cross functional teams
- Previous experience in leading senior/ experienced stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority
- Plan and prioritise different projects effectively
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Strong team player and results oriented profile
- Adaptability, energy and dynamism
- Passion for pets (cats and dogs) is a clear plus
