**OPERATIONS**

Covering the entire order journey, we create our online content, secure payments and fraud process compliance, ensure order fulfilment and delivery, while providing customer and partner care. Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. From Account Management to Technology and Product, whatever your skills are, you'll find your fit here. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano in your lunch break
**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the CE Data Lead, you'll build the new reporting foundations and data analysis to support the global structure of Customer Excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll create dashboards and reports, adding analytical quality and experience;
- You'll help create new metrics / datapoints to evolve the way we look to all Service performance;
- You'll monitor and control performance metrics, working with the global workforce to anticipate potential impacts and risks, monitoring any target deviations;
- You'll perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce needs.
WHO YOU ARE
- You're experienced in Data Analysis in a multi-channel service environment;
- You're comfortable with SQL - with relevant professional experience;
- Some experience with R and/or Python is a plus;
- You have experience in data visualization tools - Tableau and Looker;
- You're keen on documenting your work;
- You're able to tell a story and have your presentation work only as a support.
