BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Production Operator at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Cumprir com os procedimentos de trabalho estabelecidos para cada processo produtivo no que respeita à segurança, qualidade e produtividade
- Seguir as instruções de trabalho para cada produto, cliente e linha de produção
- Participar nas atividades de melhoria contínua da fábrica
- Preencher corretamente registos e documentos da produção
- Assegurar a manutenção, limpeza, conservação, arrumação e controlo dos materiais, aparelhos e equipamentos
- Cumprir com as regras e regulamentos internos da organização: Código de Ética, horários;
- Respeitar e cumprir as regras de segurança e limpeza do posto de trabalho
- Respeitar e cumprir as regras de política ambiental
- Participar ativamente na melhoria continua do sistema de gestão ambiental.
- Executar outras tarefas não compreendidas na atividade para a qual foi contratado, quando necessidades ou conveniência de serviço o justifiquem, pelo período de tempo necessário às referidas necessidades ou conveniências de serviço.

Educação e Experiência
- Escolaridade mínima obrigatória
- Experiência anterior em funções semelhantes (valorizado)
- Comunicação Interpessoal
- Gestão de Conflitos
- Orientação para Resultados
- Competências técnicas/funcionais
- Fluente em Português
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (valorizado)
