Agent, Remote Technical Support - Service Desk
Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Technical course in the technological area;
- Interest in developing a successful career in the technological area;
- Advanced knowledge from the user's perspective of different IT tools;
- Knowledge of the main Operating Systems (Windows, Linux);
