**Your role in our team**
- Ensure proper accounting of all business relevant operations, in compliance with legislation, tax regulations and Corporate guidelines prepare and assure reliable accounting and tax information for all management functions, in order to assure decision making processes on reliable information and numbers.- Ensure that all accounting transactions are carried out correctly and in a timely manner, especially at the end of each accounting period;
- Prepare & process journal entries (requests);
- Prepare and run monthly closing routines (payroll, cost centres splitting, accruals,);
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and accounts reviews by providing explanations of deviation;
- Participate in all relevant audits (external or internal) per invitation or assignment;
- Ensure correct cost accounting and analysis of all accounts, guide and propose corrections, in order to assure compliance with guidelines and budget targets;
- Prepare all the necessary documentation to comply with tax obligations
- Observe and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and rules

**Your profile**
- Degree in Accounting / Economics or Management;- Knowledge of Portuguese GAAP/ Tax Rules;
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions;
- Detail Orientation;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Planning and Organization;
- Teamwork;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Autonomy and Proactivity;
- Time and Priorities Management;
