Apside Portugal is a subsidiary of Apside Groupe, one of the biggest independent IT/Digital Service companies in Europe.

**Position**:
We are looking for a **Scrum Master**, who identifies with the following aspects:
**Key responsabilities**:

- In charge of the organization of agile rituals;
- Coordinates the work of the team, monitors indicators and produces reports;
- Ensure the skill level of the team to be assigned to the tasks;
- Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

**Main skills**:

- Significant professional experience of 5+ years in the field of agility and development;
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle;
- Experienced in SAFe methodology and on projects in Scrum mode;
- Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills;
- Good influencing and communication skills;
- Ability to “make things happen” and to challenge and overcome resistance;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Written and spoken French is a plus.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
