We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a VP Branding to join our team. This role will be responsible for creation, development and execution of a departmental vision translated into effective branding, design and communication strategies that drive engagement, growth and enhance brand engagement and awareness. The tasks would also assume overseeing the business’s online brand marketing campaigns on digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, business websites of the entire Habyt portfolio and so forth.

This position will be based in Portugal or Germany with a hybrid/remote set up.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Create and drive brand strategy and overall brand awareness as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand’s equity.
- Responsibility over all creative outputs inclusive of web materials, selection of creative agencies, briefings, graphics, photography, etc. across the business and ensuring their consistency and appropriateness of the brand’s messages in the market.
- Ensure that all strategic branding programs are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple audiences.
- Develop Brand Partnerships by proactively identifying and leveraging the opportunities for external partnerships that strengthen brand equity and loyalty.
- Work with the Digital marketing team to drive customer engagement and acquisition strategies across our digital properties
- Track, analyze and report ROI results from all brand promotions and initiatives
- Oversee offline brand marketing approaches such as design marketing and hardcopy promotional materials
- Extract actionable insights from consumer research, business, and campaign performance data to understand the needs of the customer, the opportunities in the business, and in brand effectiveness.
- Create and keep ownership of the branding budget

**Your qualifications**:

- At least 7 years working experience in a branding capacity, including proven experience leading and growing branding/marketing department, conducting digital design, online marketing and website management programs
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Strong understanding of digital trends as well as apprehension of traditional PR (print) campaigns
- Successful experience in launching and driving top online brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand’s awareness and consumer acquisition
- Service oriented focus with the goal of creating a unique and engaging consumer experience
- Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals with the flexibility needed to shift directions as the business environment demands; as well as the knowledge to match those goals with high level budget and operating plan prerequisites.
