Responsibilities Include:

- Take ownership of the product vision and strategy, incorporating market trends and customer demands to define the product roadmap and prioritize topics for discovery or development.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories, detailed specifications, and actionable tasks.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continually refine and enhance the products 'user experience.
- Make informed decisions about trade-offs between features, scope, and resources, maximizing the value delivered to customers while meeting business goals.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization by including internal and external stakeholders when useful and appropriate.
- Champion user-centric design and ensure the product meets usability standards.
- Collaborate effectively with design and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- +3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to convey the product vision, align stakeholders, and drive consensus.
- Experience working in the renewable industry or with Wind turbines specifically
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
- Bonus if you have experience with
- Software engineering, data science, UX/UI design, or scrum master
- Developing data visualization apps
