Weekend Customer Service and Social Media Assistant

We have been in operation for nearly six years as a professional nanny agency and are seeking someone to help us on our journey of growth. You will be a part of a team who is dedicated to making sure families receive a 5-Star experience from our agency.
Our US based clientele is constantly growing. Our team members in other countries work alongside our US based employees to make sure our agency runs smoothly.
**You will only be considered if**:
- You have at least 12 months experience working in a call center environment either virtually or in person
- Speak fluent English.
- Have excellent and clear telephone manner, with great customer service and negotiation skills.
- Must own a working computer and have reliable internet.
**DETAILS**:
- Location: Remote- Basis: Permanent Full-time, or Part-time (Multiple Positions Available)- Roster: Monday to Friday hours available as well as Weekends. (Morning Fuji hours/ Evening/Night shift Fuji hours available)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reach out and respond to customers via text using our company phone line.
- Follow up with customers about required documents.
- Learn and master appropriate agency protocols to assist customers.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to Agency policies and regulations.
- Maintain CRMs and other systems with up-to-date information.
**EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Minimum 12 months in a call center serving Australian customers **A MUST**:
- Great telephone etiquette **A MUST**:
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a call center environment
