**The role**: The IT Administrator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading all IT-related enquiries, activities and system integrations across the organisation. This role is also responsible for helping determine the IT needs of the business, implementing computer systems to fulfill the organisation's information systems requirements.
**Role specification**
As the IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
**Managing and controlling digital systems**
- Plan, lead and control installation, integration and maintenance of digital systems.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of all IT systems to determine costs and productivity levels, making recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Establish policies and procedures to enable the proper implementation of systems.
**Compliance, security, and operations**
- Ensure software licensing laws are followed.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Responsible for implementing and managing security and backup procedures.
- Ensuring the quality and operation of computer systems, software, telecommunications, networks, and computer systems.
**Creating strong relationships**
- Create strong working relationships not only with the team but with our external IT support team to ensure effective and efficient ways of working.
- Being the first point of call for all IT & systems related issues and assisting the team in a friendly, supportive, and efficient manner.
- Support Operations in keeping the consistency of branding across all tools/touchpoints.
**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**
The IT Administrator will have:
**Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience working in IT operations, proven experience as an IT Administrator or other relevant role preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Experience supporting or working with CRM systems, database management, Microsoft 365 and outlook, and others.
- Experience in troubleshooting, streamlining, and improving processes.
**The person**
- Must speak fluent English
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- Organised and structured with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and being hands-on
- Availability to travel
