**A Snapshot of Your Day**

With focus on our business in Belgium, we are looking for a Finance Administrator/Finance Business partner for products and services within the Siemens Energy Transformation of Industry Business Area. You will be responsible for administrative and financial tasks, within the framework of the commercial aspects for product and service orders from our customers.

You will be responsible for monitoring the financial and commercial aspects of various orders (costs, income and cash flow, commercial conditions, invoicing and payments). To this end, you will work closely with our customers as part of a team with Sales Manager, Sales Assistants, Project Managers, colleagues globally and external suppliers.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Commercial management of Service orders including spare part business: Order entry, invoicing, administration, cost controlling-all in line with the regulatory framework
- Commercial administration and support for Field Service activities (including tax assessment/compliance
- Accounts receivable management
- Support on digitalization improvements in the finance arena
- Commercial support during Sales Phase
- Assist in monthly monitoring to ensure accuracy of financial situation
- Ad-hoc reporting requirements where required and assisting Forecast and Budget related tasks

**What You Bring**
- You hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent based on experience
- You can boast at least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative function with financial aspects
- Knowledge of product and service business is a plus
- Value Flow, IFRS requirements - basic knowledge
- Advanced communication skills and ability to work and connect in a remote team
- English and Dutch language knowledge on a business conversational level is a must. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
- Willingness to travel on demand (limited travelling required).
