** Record-to-Report** business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more

**What role will you play?**
- Responsible, as 1st Level Support, to register and classify received Incidents and to support on the resolutions, ensuring that are solved in accordance with SLA's;
- Close collaboration with second level support, and other areas, to ensure that the Incidents are treated in a useful time and manner;

**We are looking for**:

- Fluent knowledge of English;
- Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel, Access, PPT and outlook);
- SAP knowledge will be a plus;
- Team Player;
- Reliable and organized;
- Strong communications skills;
- Know your customer needs.
