Pretendemos admitir um **Compliance Officer**, integrado na Área de Compliance, da Direção de Legal, Compliance e Public Affairs, que terá como missão garantir que todas as atividades da empresa sejam realizadas com integridade, transparência e responsabilidade, fortalecendo a confiança dos stakeholders e contribuindo para o sucesso sustentável da organização.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Desenvolver, implementar e monitorizar políticas e procedimentos de compliance para garantir o cumprimento de leis, regulamentos e normas aplicáveis;
- Avaliar e mitigar os riscos de compliance em todas as áreas operacionais da empresa;
- Auditar periodicamente a conformidade dos processos às regulamentações internas e externas;
- Assegurar procedimentos de due diligence para avaliar a conformidade de parceiros comerciais e fornecedores;
- Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre as atividades de compliance, destacando áreas de risco e recomendações para melhorias;
- Desenvolver formação e orientação aos colaboradores (e outros stakeholders relevantes) sobre questões de compliance e ética empresarial;
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre alterações de leis e regulamentos relevantes e melhores práticas aplicáveis.

**Quem procuramos**

Qualificações
- Mestrado em Gestão, Economia, Auditoria, Direito ou similar;
Experiência e Conhecimentos
- Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em funções de Compliance ou similares;
- Conhecimento avançado de ferramentas de MS Office;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês, oral e escrito;
- Conhecimento de leis, regulamentos e normas aplicáveis (preferencial);
- Certificação em Compliance (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de espanhol, oral e escrito (preferencial);
Soft Skills
- Capacidade de comunicação e de colaborar eficazmente com diferentes departamentos e níveis hierárquicos;
- Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas de forma eficaz;
- Orientação para processos e resultados;
- Elevados padrões de ética e de confidencialidade.
