The Operational Permanent Control (OPC) Trainee will learn how the Control framework operates relating to all operational risks within Human Resources, including Fraud, Conduct, Compliance and Data Privacy risks, and others risks types
The OPC Trainee with support Human Resources in the deployment of internal policies and procedures, in alignment with the other control functions (such as Compliance, Fraud, Data Privacy), and for the compliance with external regulatory requirements
**Your Main Activities Are**
Support the team in the execution of the risks identification process, and the framework in place to mitigate risks
Support the team in the execution of the controls ihnerent to the activity
Support the team in the review of their procedures, by monitoring the current library and ensuring that the procedures designed by the teams are identified, updated, properly stored and communicated to the relevant stakeholders within the Operating Entity
Learn how to manage historical incidents by alerting the management and the independent control functions, if needed, on key incidents
Support the team in the collection of incidents, report and update in the incidents database, including suspected and attempted fraud cases
Support the team in the analysis of the incidents in a timely manner and define, jointly with the relevant stakeholders, the correctives measures be implemented to mitigate risks
Follow-up or initiate the implementation of remediation actions and the unfolding of long term incidents
Support the team in the governance of the activity, by helping in the support documentation to any committee on Operational risks and Permanent Control committees
**Profile and Skills to Success**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English
Attention to detail, with the ability to develop and adapt a process
Ability to collaborate with others
