You will be responsible for a respective Module in ServiceNow and the continuous analysis and improvement of it. Additionally, you will need to research and find new ways to make HR processes more efficient, find new technical solutions and stay updated with technical developments of the ServiceNow platform.
In your new role you will:
- Work in our **agile global ServiceNow team **consisting of **HR and IT **colleagues **who aim to create maximum value to our customers by the **automatization and digitalization of HR processes, tasks, and workflows **in HR Service Delivery in **ServiceNow **;
- **Own and govern functionalities and concept of ServiceNow module **globally **and be the **expert for the respective module **“Service Catalogue” of ServiceNow and practices within the organization;
- **Participate in the HR requirements / process design discussions **translating HR business requirements into technical requirements;
- Collaborate with HR and IT counterparts in an agile way to **analyze requirements and demands in detail **, as well as **research and propose technical solutions in ServiceNow **;
- **Consult global HR stakeholders **in their problem statements, conduct feasibility checks and provide guidance in requirement definition;
- **Create and estimate user stories, **drive technical implementation in ServiceNow **(low code effort), conduct testing, manage deployment and support hyper care phase;
- **Act as an ambassador for digitalization in HR **.
You have excellent communication skills which enable you to grow sustainable relationships with stakeholders and you are a strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with team members. You are solution-orientated, pragmatic, and like to take initiative. Furthermore, you are highly motivated with high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science **, or equivalent field of studies;
- **At least 2 or more years of experience within HR or IT departments **, ideally in an international environment or Shared service center;
- **Technical knowledge and understanding of HR platforms **, mainly **no/low-coding effort ServiceNow **or similar software - relevant certifications is a plus or strong willingness to learn new tools;
- Strong analytical skills with a service center mindset;
- **Fluency in English, German is a plus.**
