We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to **work from the office in Lisbon, Portugal.**

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers of FedEx,is a global courier delivery services company known for its overnight shipping service and pioneering real-time tracking systems.

**Here's what you can expect**:

- **Easy online recruitment process **(phone call interview).
- **No previous experience required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things**

**Your tasks**:

- Process requests and resolve customer issues;
- Follow all rules, regulations and processes according to pricing guidelines;
- Verify information in order to comply with the processes required;
- Create a genuine and customer friendly experience throughout calls and effective telephone techniques;
- Provide assistance in a helpful, accurate and timely manner while complying and staying abreast of policies, best practices and standard operating procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity.

**You only need**:

- Fluency in **Dutch language **(must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of **English language **(at least B2)
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
- Be courageous and seize this opportunity
