We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant **Content Moderator** proficient in Italian or French to ensure the quality and safety of our online community. This role is pivotal for maintaining the integrity of our platform by reviewing, moderating, and adjudicating user-generated content. If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about creating a safe online environment, this is the perfect opportunity to leverage your language skills and contribute to our community standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian or French to ensure it complies with our guidelines and policies
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues encountered during content moderation
- Work collaboratively with the content moderation team to improve moderation processes and guidelines
- Provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to help enhance moderation tools and technologies
- Stay up-to-date with cultural trends and nuances within the Italian or French online communities
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in **Italian** or **French**, with strong comprehension and written communication skills
- Proficiency in **English **to communicate with the global team
- Previous experience in content moderation, online community management, or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of online community standards and user experience
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- A strong sense of ethics and integrity in decision-making
