Data Analytics Process Quality Support

We are now looking for an Process Quality Management Support for Airbus GBS.

**Responsibilities - your mission**:
Due to the nature of its process advising, supporting and defining role, the PQM is intended to be a strong pillar in the Process Management to cover the process related advising, monitoring and surveillance activities.

The Job holder will be responsible to:

- Ensure process referential (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan, Process networks, Deployment Areas) is up to date, managed and continuously improved
- Support proactively the Process Management Team(s) to manage the process referential and continuously improve the Process maturity
- Ensure that any process change received is well addressed by checking the consistency of the process changes and their associated impacts
- Collaborate with local and central Process Management Team(s) to improve Airbus Business Process management
- Assure Process adherence implementation and effectiveness by controlling the progress and adherence results collection
- Assure quality of Process deliverables and Process Surveillance Plan,
- Check process resources, performance indicators, surveillance plan, compliance, etc
- Prepare Process Maturity assessments by ensuring that all the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the process(es)
- Monitor action plan follow-up, Risks and Opportunities
- Ensure Best Practices and Lessons Learnt integration in our ways of working
- Contribute to effective process implementation (e.g. communications, awareness, documents, Tools,)

In addition, with around 20% of the working time, the job holder will be responsible to:

- Consulting for different QMD sub organizations on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear ‘User Stories’ or tasks)
- Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc...)
- Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements.
- A diploma/master's degree in the field of aerospace engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
- Professional experience in quality management
- Knowledgeable on Quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.
- Good communication and customer-oriented skills
- Analytical and systemic mind-set
- Reliable, resilient and assertive
- Accurate work ethic
- Business fluent English (French desirable)
- Experience in MS Office
- Excellent Knowledge/ Skills in G Suite
- Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)
- Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data
- Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent
- Experience with data management
