Could you be the **IT Support Technician** that we've been looking for?

**What do we expect from you?**
- Provide on-site and remote Tier 1 support to our Software Development Engineering workforce.
- Manage Service Desk requests, solve L1 incidents, classify and dispatch tickets to next tiers in a timely fashion.
- Assist in and support a client network using Windows, Mac and Linux.
- Assist the IT Support Team in troubleshooting infrastructure components.
- Manage internal assets and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Create accounts and configure laptop hardware.
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
- Ensure up-to-date IT infrastructure documentation.
- Practical Experience with laptop hardware, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Practical Experience installing and configuring client computer systems. Mac and Linux experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of installing and supporting Microsoft client products such as Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. Office 365 experience is a plus.
- Fair network diagnosis ability on ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN issues.
- Fair knowledge of Active Directory user management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player with easy-going personality and good communication skills at all levels.
- Strong will to learn, progress and undertake research in new technologies.
- Strong customer and service orientation, flexible with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional environment.
- This is an On-Site position. Some degree of remote work may be allowed.
- Some degree of national traveling may be required.
- Fluency in English.
