**Skills and Qualifications**:
We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a **Technical Product Manager** with **2-3 years of project management experience**and a strong grasp of product development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of project management and product strategy, delivering cutting-edge solutions in a tech-forward company.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Drive projects end-to-end**: Manage timelines, ensure key milestones are met, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
- ** Shape product vision**: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally**: Work closely with engineers, designers, and business teams to deliver successful products.
- ** Manage stakeholder expectations**: Act as the primary communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and transparent processes.
- ** Identify and track success metrics**: Monitor project performance and product impact through KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet business goals.
- ** Assess and mitigate risks**: Evaluate risks around value, usability, feasibility, and business viability, making sure we deliver the right solutions.

**What you bring**:

- ** 2-3 years of experience in project management**, with a solid understanding of product development processes.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** and deliver results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- ** Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to confidently communicate with **clients and external stakeholders** to ensure project goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Strong **stakeholder management** skills—capable of aligning internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
- Experience working with **data-driven problem-solving**, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term product vision.
- ** Basic technical understanding** of coding, deployment processes, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture (monolith vs. microservices), enough to collaborate with technical teams.
