**YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS **TO OUR JOURNEY
- Own and manage the overall architecture of our ERP software solutions and associated systems.
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.
- Collaborate with the product development, sales, and operations teams to understand client needs and ensure that our solution meets their requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and provide guidance on their use in our solutions, with a focus on Cloud and AI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our solution and build relationships with potential clients.
- Drive the company's Cloud and AI strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.

**YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD **IF YOU HAVE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology architecture or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of technology trends, architecture principles, and design patterns.
- Experience in leading and managing architecture teams.
- Experience in cloud-native architecture and interested in learning AI technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
