**Main Mission**:
The role of BG Industrial Standardization VIE is to support the BG Industrial Standardization Team on his role:

- Develop the standard White Books for target Seating plants archetypes
- Consolidate, increase, and improve Seating standard equipment catalogue, securing compliance to FES&P and compatibility with White-Books
- Perform Gap analysis and convergence of existing plants in regards of white-Book standards
- Drive other operational performance improvements, through better use of standard equipment

**Specific Activities**:
**Develop the standard White Books for target Seating plants archetypes.**
- Participate to the White-Books definition workshops, managing the associated action plans decided (consolidation & tracking), while participation and providing inputs/ideas for those workshops and action plans.
- Collaborate and/or lead (depending on the case) the redaction and formalization of the principles and guidelines decided to be included in the White-Books, using the appropriate tools (Power-point, Word, Web publishing ).

**Consolidate, increase, and improve Seating standard equipment catalogue, securing compliance to FES&P and compatibility with White-Book standards.**
- Develop and manage a consolidated database of Equipment Standards across the BG.
- Develop and manage tools (scorecards) to track the deployment and usages KPI’s of the Standard Equipment defined, at Plant / Division / BG levels
- Participate to the Equipment Standards definition workshops, managing the associated action plans decided (consolidation & tracking), while participation and providing inputs/ideas for those workshops and action plans

**Drive operational performance improvements, through better use of standard equipment.**
- Participate to main workshops to improve the usage of standard equipment (i.e. SMED, Re-layouts,) and consolidate and secure tracking of the related action plans.
- Develop and manage tools (scorecards) to track the deployment and usages KPI’s of the Standard Equipment defined, at Plant / Division / BG levels
