**Job Title: Equipment Supervisors**
**Location: Aveiro, Portugal**
We are currently seeking Equipment Supervisors to join one of our clients. This person will ensure compliance with construction and safety standards, establish strong technical relationships with suppliers, ensure the proper physical reception and integration of resources, and ensure that acquired assets meet defined performance criteria while formalizing technical specifications. Additionally, the role includes analyzing technical proposals with the collaboration of process technology experts, supporting the commercial negotiation process with the Procurement Department, defining project validation stages and plans, documenting elements requiring agreements or audits, overseeing the integration of assets into the production line, ensuring adjustment and commissioning of equipment, integrating products into industrial processes considering machines and tools, as well as establishing a follow-up plan for learning and training related to the manufacturing processes of the relevant equipment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with construction and safety standards in the production process.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee the proper reception and integration of resources.
- Ensure that acquired equipment meets the defined performance criteria.
- Formalize technical specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with process technology experts to analyze technical proposals.
- Support the commercial negotiation process with the Procurement Department.
- Define project validation stages and plans.
- Document elements requiring agreements or audits.
- Pilot the integration of equipment into the production line.
- Ensure adjustment and commissioning of equipment.
- Integrate products into industrial processes, considering machines and tools.
- Establish a follow-up plan for learning and training related to the manufacturing processes of the equipment.
**Requirements**:
- We are looking for junior profiles (recent graduates) and/or middle profiles (between 5 to 8 years of experience) in the automotive sector (shop floor experience).
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, materials engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Have EU citizenship.
**About the company**:
- This is an exciting project for a hybrid vehicle motor in the automotive sector.
- The position will start in September 2023, under an outsourcing contract.
- The role will be 100% on-site at the client's location in Aveiro, Portugal.
