**What you'll do**:
- Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for SEO.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve website authority and traffic.
- Monitor and track website traffic and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Identify and implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing and user feedback analysis, to improve website conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated SEO and CRO campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in SEO and CRO.
**Who we're looking for**:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and CRO.
- Proven track record of success in improving website traffic and conversions through SEO and CRO strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and CRO best practices and techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
