**The company you're going to work at**:

**Your new role**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Treasury, you are responsible for cash management and day-to-day treasury activities: bank accounts, in accordance with internal policies and standard operating procedures; additionally responsible for KYC ensuring approvals and processes are within policy guidelines and standards.
You will be working alongside a group of people who are all focused promoting the financial integrity and operational efficiency through exceptional accounting, income processing, accounts payable.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of bank balances, to ensure cash pooling is maintained and there is sufficient cash in the various bank accounts;
- Monitor the banking systems during the day to identify any unusual activity on the accounts which can be rectified / investigated as early as possible;
- Responsible for maintaining bank accounts including closing redundant accounts and opening new accounts where necessary and the maintenance and updates for all bank mandates;
- Maintain the bank risk profile analysis;
- Responsible for KYC activities of various bank accounts including liaising with the banks and the business to ensure efficient running of the process;
- Issuance and renewal of bank guarantees;
- Working with the financial controllers to monitor and improve working capital and cashflow forecasting;
- Monitor and improve the treasury control framework including working with O2C and P2P teams to implement improvements;
- Assist Treasury Manager and Finance Director in provision of information for quarterly lenders report;
- Support for annual lenders meeting and rating agencies presentations;
- Involvement in MA activities including assisting the Treasury Manger with the assessment targets banking activities and the integration and on-boarding of new banks post completion;
- Assist the Treasury Manager with covenant reporting, evaluation of covenants based on budgeted scenarios;
- Assist the Treasury Manager and Finance Director with re-financing activities;
- Acts as a point of contact between the bank and the business with regards to payments processed.

**What you need to be successful**:
Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field;
Recognized Accounting or Banking qualification;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a treasury function or similar;
Excellent English proficiency;
Excel Skills.
