**Your Central Role**

As a Cook at Reia Collective Restaurants, your responsibilities will vary based on your position level:
**1st Cook**:

- **Culinary Leadership**:Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- **Menu Execution**:Execute menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and culinary standards established by the Head Chef.
- **Quality Control**:Oversee the preparation and plating of dishes to ensure they meet Reia Collective's exacting culinary standards.
- **Kitchen Management**: Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen sanitation to uphold health and safety regulations.

**2nd Cook**:

- **Station Responsibility**:Assume responsibility for a specific kitchen station, preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- **Collaborative Support**: Assist the 1st Cook and kitchen team in various tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Assist in ingredient preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning, to support timely execution of menu items.

**3rd Cook**:

- **Preparation Support**: Assist the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, sauces, and components for menu items under the guidance of the 1st and 2nd Cooks.
- **Cooking Assistance**:Support the 1st and 2nd Cooks in cooking and assembling dishes, learning and refining culinary techniques along the way.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

**Your Exceptional Qualifications**

- **Culinary Experience**: Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred, with specific experience relevant to the position level.
