The Bosch unit in Braga belongs to the Automotive Electronics division and is focused on making the vehicles our third living space. The company supplies infotainment, display, connectivity and HMI solutions for passenger cars, trucks and two-wheelers. About 3,500 associates are committed to develop and produce high quality technology that shape change in mobility worldwide. **Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
- As Process Manager at BBM Purchasing, you need to ensure that all processes of the “BBM Direct Purchasing Process Landscape” are running efficiently, and in alignment with the entire Process Team: Process Owner & Process Experts;
- Thanks to your experience in purchasing and/or process documentation, you act as a valuable expert; you search for weaknesses in our processes and cover eventual gaps. You will find effective solutions, which you can implement sustainably. You inform the BBM Purchasing Organization about the process changes in the so called “Notification”;
- You act as a consulting for colleagues inside and outside BBM Purchasing, and you are deeply interested in the compliance of the processes according to standards and audits;
- Last but not least, you need to track the open „Track & Release Tickets”, which are the main inputs for any process change at the BBM Direct Puchasing Landscape.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar;
- Fluent in English and German language (written and spoken);
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Project Management or Process Documentation;
- Good ability to work in a virtual team;
- Good communication, Empathy and Resilience to work under pressure, attending all BBM locations in the world.
