**The role**:
In all cases we start with an approved “idea or ideas” - the role of the BA team is to convert the idea into clear well thought though set of requirements that a Designer, Developer or System Integrator can turn into specific work packages. Once the BA’s Spec is “Ready for Development” the BA and IT Project Manager will work alongside the System Owner, development teams and Idea Sponsor (to see it through to completion).

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
We are ideally looking for someone with a history of working on projects relating to Sales and Marketing Systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM and LinkedIn Navigator Systems) for global companies.
- Experience with CRM Systems (MS Dynamics and LinkedIn Navigator)
- Deep understanding of system capabilities, limitations and the ability to write requirements to support business/end-user use cases
- Experience working in a global and multi-cultural environment and have appetite for fast-paced organizations
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with Sr. Level Business and IT Mangers/Executives

***Role and responsibilities**:

- Maintain deep system and business knowledge
- Achieve high quality standards for specifications
- Work with PMs and System Owners to agree start and end dates for your deliverables
- Attend and contribute to Scrum, estimation and solution design sessions
- Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements and detailed user stories
- Involve stakeholders and get approvals on the documentation
- Once ready for deployment - lead sponsors through development process - work with PM to schedule demos and approval
- Sign off at UAT and final testing certificates
- Maintain all documentation and workflows in JIRA
- Support post go live issues management and escalations (via support team)
- Escalate if issues can’t be resolved within teams/programme office
- Be prepared for unplanned accelerated requirements. They may come in sponsored by Executives and require fast responses
- Ensure knowledge can be replicated, transferred to other team members

**General Qualifications /Skills / Experience**:

- University degree (technical or business related)
- +4 years BA experience; Consulting experience is highly appreciated
- Demonstrate Business Analyst training and certifications
- Understanding of Software Development, System design, Digital, Web, Mobile, UX standards, solutioning and specification
- Excellent English listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in a distributed team (virtual) environment
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to define solutions
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Experience working with Executive and C-Level Mgt
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial ‘tech-start-up’ team culture
- Experience of working in a global and multi-cultural environment and have appetite for fast-paced organizations with global delivery / reach
- Dynamic working approach, ‘agile’ rapid delivery approach to planning projects, and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams

**Specific CRM Qualifications /Skills / Experience**:

- Must have Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification
- Deep (Product level) understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and LinkedIn Navigator
