**Description Overview**:
Exciting opportunity to join the Central Sales team, Consumer Self-Care International ( CSCI) regional team as a Senior Business Analyst. This role offers a remote working pattern and can be based in any of our locations across Europe.

**Scope of the Role**:

- You will be a key contributor to the Revenue Growth Management / Business Intelligence Team. The primary responsibility is retrieving, combining, structuring, and summarizing sales data from the local commercial teams and creating dynamic dashboards showing actionable insights. This is by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- You're a Data visualization expert. and will create reports and dashboards through various tools, including but not limited to PowerBI and Excel.
- Follow-up on deployed dashboards and reports to provide continuous improvement of user adoption and sophistication of insights
- Be a trusted, valued business partner to leadership through the delivery of analysis. Support end-users with instructions, answering questions, and evaluating their feedback.
- Interpret local and central systems and map data together, facilitating one cohesive source of truth across functions. Explore the pros and cons of various tools.
- Support local teams in their transformation from Excel dependency to dynamic/visual dashboard capability enabling more data-driven decision-making. This is by providing advice and coaching, not (necessarily) by creating reports for local teams.
- Phase 2: Identifying automation and process improvement opportunities and working with technical teams to implement solutions. Set up connections to underlying databases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, IRI, Nielsen, IQVIA) and build data models that map sources together in a SQL Datawarehouse

**Experience Required**:

- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills coupled with minimum of 3 years of business analytics with data visualization building-specific experience. Preferably in an FMCG, Consumer Health, or Retail environment.
- Fluency in the English language and comfortable working with teams across the region.
- Comfortable with working with a fully remote team. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong organization, time management skills, and ability to work autonomously. Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner. Attention to detail.
- Passion for digging into data, extracting insights, and creating actionable recommendations
- Experience in creating SQL Databases is preferred but not required.
- Experience with IQVIA, IRI, Nielsen, or other syndicated data sources is preferred but not required.
